in any QtWebkit based browser (I tried Arora and Rekonq). The page loads, and so does the plugin - but somehow the plugin area is only about 1/8 of its intended size.
This is probably a timing issue of some sort (because right-clicking in the gray area surrounding the plugin shows the area is occupied, just not used, by Flash player) - probably the plugin area is resized to the requested width and height only after the application has started (and memorized the wrong size).

I cannot reproduce the problem. I opened the link, the element's attribute is specifying a size of 200 by 200. This is the size I get in the layout.
