Now that the EFL-EWS bot is up and running (https://webkit-commit-queue.appspot.com/queue-status/efl-ews), it would be nice to have the queue status bubble on Bugzilla as well. The attached patch does that. I don't know, however, if the server must be restarted (or if there is another procedure) to know about this change once it hits SVN. If this isn't automatic, who should I ping?

There were too many build breaks in WebKit EFL so far. So, WebKit EFL port should have EWS as soon as possible. Please review this patch.
