Created attachment 69758 [details] test case To see the issue, open this test case in a WebKit browser, reduce the vertical height until you get a scrollbar, then scroll slowly up and down. You'll see white gaps appear between table rows occasionally. I can reproduce this most reliably by two-finger scrolling on a trackpad, but it's also possible to reproduce this issue when scrolling with either the scrollbar or the keyboard. The border-collapse:collapse is not an essential part of the test, it just makes the underpainting stand out more visibly. Any ideas, Fady?
