New test added in 68809. Expected value is: This box should be green. PASS Actual value is: This box should be green. FAIL: Background color is rgb(255, 0, 0) but should be rgb(0, 128, 0)

I was wrong. It's failing consistently on win-vista: This box should be green. FAIL: Background color is rgb(255, 0, 0) but should be rgb(0, 128, 0)

LayoutTest failures for Chromium are being marked WontFix. The Bug is still accessible and referenced from TestExpectations.
