Opening l1] `top` shows CPU usage to be over 100 %. I tested this with Epiphany and Midori.
I am not sure if this is a duplicate of #44681 [2] and about the component. I also do not know what exact `perf` commands Gustavo used to generate his output.

I cannot reproduce with Safari on Mac.

This problem seems to be fixed with `libwebkit-1.0-2` 1.2.5-1 [1].
I still do not know how to map the Debian versioning to the upstream one in Bugzilla.
