Expected Result -> Not able to scroll. (As mentioned on testcase) Actual Result -> All Safari 16.5, Chrome Canary 115 and Firefox Nightly 115 are matching and allowing scrolling and let you select another from drop-down list. Do we need to do anything since all browsers have same behavior even if different from 'expected' result.

@Karl - I am unable to reproduce this but if you can double check. Thanks in advance! Also marked this to 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED'. Test on WebKit ToT (Minibrowser - WK2).
