This recently came up on "www-style": http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2011Feb/0311.html http://www.xanthir.com/blog/b4AD0 There is a new version of CSS Variables Editor's draft http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-variables/ TR Spec http://www.w3.org/TR/css-variables/ And a closed bug about the first attempt at implementing old CSS Variables. https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19660 Is this the new bug for tracking the implementation of new CSS Variables?
