Currently all WebGL tests are listsed as CRASH/TEXT/TIMEOUT for Linux and Win. Once we gather results from bots, we should remove entries of passing tests.

Got the results from the bots. Manually commited in r67672.
Most tests passed. There are a few failing. I had a quick look, and they need to be fixed in command buffer port.
Also, I moved all the webgl tests together in the platform/test_expectations.txt, so we can track them more easily.
