Look at the second line of menu options, there is an overlap preventing the choice of either option.
This bug does not exist in Firefox or in Internet Exploder.
It has existed in several past versions of Webkit/Safari, at least as far back as Safari 3.
It is present in both PowerPC and Intel - and in OSX 10.4 through 10.6
The bug is not associated with any security o.l. - but appears to be associated with the way the page is rendered.
I have seen the same bug in Safari (Surprise - not) and in a few other URL's.
Good hunting,
Hejde

I cannot reproduce this problem with Safari 5.0.1 on Mac OS X 10.6.4.

WebKit has evolved and website has changed as well and it was not reproducible in 2010 as well.
So marking this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED'.
Please reopen if it is still reproducible.
