Several media tests started randomly/flakily failing after r66961. After discussing with Eric Carlson it seems the issue is in a platform-component, so skipping these tests for now until we can debug this further.

I am unable to find details about skipped test in this bug - I tried searching Bug ID on GitHub.com but couldn't find anything.
I think this 2010 bug has served the purposes and we can't do much without any details here.
So marking this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED'.
