LayoutTests/fast/speech/input-text-speechbutton.html and speech-button-ignore-generated-events.html timeout and fail because the clicks don't seem to be reaching the speech button properly.

These tests failed because the required layoutTestController methods were not available in the chromium test shell. They were added in http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=60771 and these tests were enabled again in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/68509. Hence closing the bug.
