The bug most likely does NOT have to do with WebGL. This is an entry page: http://scenejs.org/load-ide.html. This is caused by ClickToFlash. Apparently, it's no longer compatible with nightly builds. Please report this to ClickToFlash developers.

Upgrading to the beta version of the next ClickToFlash release fixed the issue: http://clicktoflash.com/
