There's a whole section in the Skipped file which reads "Passing HTTP tests - require confirmation on bot". I did some tests on my machines and indeed several of them are passing, although some are not. I'll attach a patch enabling the ones which pass on all my test scenarios (qt-4.6, qt-4.7), the others should be investigated more.
