as demonstrated by installing gnash and visiting http://www.homestarrunner.com, all of the links within the flash animation will not work. this seems to be true for any webkit browser (tested on midori and chromium), but works just fine on firefox. my best guess is that these links are being stopped by the popup blocker. let me know if you need any more info. thanks for looking into this.
