http://trac.webkit.org/export/63444/trunk/LayoutTests/fast/canvas/webgl/gl-get-calls-expected.txt has a committed FAIL test result.  The test against SHADER_COMPILER should likely be removed as it is not a valid WebGL enum.

This is fixed in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31842 when we sync LayoutTests test with Khronos conformance test.
