Created attachment 59560 [details] [TESTCASE] Nearly 100% Standalone Tests Case This may not be specific to <input> either. It maybe related to inline / block-inline elements. It seems that if the element is added to a container asynchronously it is not properly painted.

This doesn't happen with Safari 4.0.5.
