I was debugging the very first step in jQuery tutorial, when Inspector UI froze, and a lime circle and square appeared over the "elements" tab button (please see attached). The issue does not seem to be reproducible, but I was advised to open it anyway, and I am setting the severity to "minor".

Could you please provide the steps you were going through anyways? Also, did it freeze UI and become unresponsive? Or you are saying this lime thingy stuck in the ui?

I set a few breakpoints. One in the HTML, and one or two in the jQuery.js, then reloaded the page. After that the UI froze (I couldn't reload a page, or hit stop, or do anything in Inspector) and green things appeared.
