To reproduce:
1. Go to http://vimeo.com/7352118
2. Turn on the HTML5 player using the link in the bottom right (if it isn't turned on already)
3. Watch the speaker's lips closely
4. Turn on the Flash player and watch again
The audio is out of sync with the video when using the HTML5 player, but not when using the Flash player. The audio is never out of sync on Mac.

I am unable to find this video from Wayback Archive: http://web.archive.org/web/20100109203010/https://vimeo.com/7352118
Plus it seems to be platform only (Windows) - which is not supported by Apple (AppleWin) only via win-cairo.
Plus HTML5 video technology and browsers are advanced so much that I can mark this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED'. Plus, if there are any such issue, we would have newer bug reports, plus we have 'quirk' for vimeo as well (not directly media related).
