Using the Carbon version of the demo browser shipped with Qt, YouTube videos seem to run fine until you hit the full screen button.
(you might need to scroll to make the initial frame show up at first - then you can hit the fullscreen button)
The screen will go white, but you can still hear the sound.
Right clicking on the screen will repaint certain areas of one particular frame.

Can be reproduced both in 4.6.2 and 4.7beta1.
