As you can see in the footer of the linked page :
http://jeutousfousdeporc.lnet.fr/

The hover state of the links does not draw correctly when their container is positioned absolute.

By positioning the container with "position:relative", the border under the links draws correctly.

Safari, Chrome, and Firefox show the same rendering behavior for this test case. I do not believe any further compatibility issue remains.
