SUMMARY: We're using webkit-backface-visibility to hide an element for later 3D rotation. EXPECTED: The element is hidden. RESULTS: The element is hidden in Safari 4.0.5 (6531.22.7) — Snow Leopard — but not 4.0.5 (5531.22.7) — Leopard.

STEPS: 1. Open the attached HTML case in Safari 4.0.5 on Leopard or Snow Leopard. 2. You should see the text "Should See This" if it worked (on Snow Leopard). 3. Or, you'll see the backwards text "Shouldn't See This" if it didn't (on Leopard). MISC: Gah, just as I was writing this noticed that this is fixed in the WebKit Nightly on Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard), so presumably the fix will eventually reach Leopard users? Feel free to close if you'd like.

Accelerated compositing is disabled on Leopard, depending on the QuickTime version, in which case this is a dup of 24571. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 24571 ***
