I don't have a test case for this, but see it regularly.

1. Click on a script in the Scripts panel

Result: empty
Expected results: has contents

Seen in 5.0.360.0 (Official Build 42309) dev.

I can't repro this on WebKit. Please file a separate bug against Chromium in case you observe it there. Having no scenario makes it hard for us to resolve this issue, so it has high chances of living here forever.
