An inline element with a CSS outline property does not draw an outline around all of its children if some of its children are block. It seems that we stop drawing the outline at the first block child, regardless of what follows. Firefox draws outlines around all elements (although their behavior seems a little buggy too).

None of us behave the same (Safari, Chrome, or Firefox).
