Steps:
1. Go to https://ebank.fbb.gr/
2. Log in with your e-banking credentials.
3. Click on "Secure Transactions" and from drop down select "Request Certificate".
What happened:

Basically it's a digital signature acceptance window that fails to open.

Oops, sorry about that.
And one correction: The item which causes the problem is a window that asks if you accept a digital certificate. This window never appears on Mac. Saw it from Windows.
