What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open attached html file on Chrome.
2. Click 'PAUSE' link.
3. Repeat above with other browsers.
What is the expected result?
The link should be just disappeared with no side effect.
What happens instead?
Once we click 'PAUSE' link, the effect of <br style=clear:left> is ignored.

I had a look at your report and it is unfortunately missing the attached HTML test case or at least an URL to reproduce this bug.
