1. Select a word on page
2. Right-click it and select Inspect Element to launch Web Inspector
What happens:
1. Web Inspector ignores previously set docked state and launches in a separate window
2. Clicking on Dock icon in the bottom-left corner doesn't dock it but switches the toolbar of Web Inspector to small icons
Looks like a regression.
