I could able to build WebKit-r54648 on Fedora-8 with libsoup-2.28 version but when i access the midori browser 2.2 version with https urls, then it throws an exception SSL support not available. How to build WebKit-r54648 with https support.

There is really no such a thing as SSL support in WebKit, everything is handled by the network library (libsoup) and/or the browser. So contacting the midori developers about this is probably the best idea.
