The marginheight and marginwidth frame properties are not respected. Apple Bug: rdar://3571847

Interesting.. I have a test case that does render with the assigned (marginheight=100 marginwidth=100) values. But the source referenced is a website. Perhaps the issue is when a image is used as a source ?

No major browser supports this; the last testcase (when downloaded) shows the same behavior in Safari, Firefox and Chrome.
