The new test introduced in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34327 fails on Windows. Should skip it for now.

Oops, didn't mean to close just yet, it was skipped in r54147 not fixed.

It was skipped for AppleWin port, which is gone now and obviously noting to fix this test on Windows platform. So closing as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED'.
