STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install memon tool
2. launch the menon to monitor the memory change before and after the Bedrock launch.
3. launch Bedrock browser.
4. write down the consumed memory.
The Bedrock consumes 22MB RAM, Anomaly 19MB. By comparison, the 7.1 browser consume only less than 3MB.

This issue is already covered by bytepair compression. For 3.1/3.2 devices there isn't much we can do. From 5.0 onwards memory consumption will be greatly reduced once the builds and toolchains are fixed. Not a webkit issue.
