1. Go to a site, e.g. http://bbc.co.uk
2. Select a random word on page
3. Right-click Inspect Element so that the Inspector appears docked to the bottom of the browser
4. Try to select text at the top of the page by holding down left button of the mouse and dragging
5. While selecting the page rapidly scrolls to the bottom
If you work extensively with Inspector and there's actually no need to close it, you still need to do it if you're trying to select something.
NB! Text selection works properly if Inspector is undocked.

Same behaviour is actually there if you try to type text into the input field at the top of the page, e.g. the search box on the mentioned BBC page. I'm rather sure, it's the same issue.
