Confirming this issue occurs with Safari 2.0 (v412) and Firefox 1.0.4 under OS X 10.4.1 (8B15).

The server appears to be dead now ("Couldn't resolve host").
However, there's exactly one call to _webkit_parseRFC822HeaderFields in WebKit, so it may be possible to create a synthetic test.
