webkit-patch upload should ask for a patch name
It should ask for a name, but default to "Patch" if you just hit return.

I'm not sure we should be adding more modal prompts. Can't you give the patch name on the command line? I'd rather remove the modal prompt for component and always use "New Bugs".

I support removing the component prompt.
We could accept a name in the command line. I guess we probably already do with -m.
