Skipping plugins/get-url-with-iframe-target.html, which fails on tiger since a while. I want green bots again! See: http://build.webkit.org/results/Tiger%20Intel%20Release/r52732%20(7397)/results.html

Mass closing plug-in bugs, as plug-in support has been removed from WebKit. Please comment and/or reopen if this still affects WebKit in some way.
