This is a master bug for getting rid of V8Custom, V8CustomGetter, and V8CustomSetter tags in idls. Some of these usages may truly be cases where V8 needs a custom solution and JSC doesn't, but we should at least minimize their usage.

There are only 7 uses of any type of V8Custom tag currently, and all of them seem to be more or less necessary. I think it's ok to stop tracking this.
