Open a small browser window (e.g. 600x400) open the link above and scroll up and down. You'll see that previously invisible content is not clipped away. I use cairo trunk here. I guess this is a cairo bug. I can't remember that I saw this problems on cairo 1.6.

Discussed this on #cairo. It's a bug in the nvidia video drivers.
