On Mac OSX, when enabling top/bottom arrows for the scroll bars (see http://lifehacker.com/5040043/add-double-scroll-arrows-to-both-ends-of-the-scroll-bar), the arrows behave in weird ways. Some arrows go the wrong way (down arrow at the top) while other arrows just don't work (top arrow at the top).

I have double Scroll Bar arrows at both ends. The up-arrow in the upper Scroll Bar pushes text the wrong way, and not only one line at a time but several. The odd thing is it only happens when I am viewing rss and some other sites sites (on this page it acts in the propper manner).
