We should add a measurement tool to the inspector so that you can measure the dimensions of some selection of a web page.
For your reference, there is a Firefox extension called MeasureIt <http://www.kevinfreitas.net/extensions/measureit/> that provides one embodiment of this functionality.

While you don't have ruler marks, you can visually see the bounding box and see associated the dimension measurements. Is this complete now?
