Often a bugzilla bug exists when you run prepare-ChangeLog, but if you forget about the --bug option, it doesn't remind you. It would be nice if it asked for a bug number when none is provided.

Unless a way to opt out of this is provided I can see this becoming quite irritating for non-WebKit uses of prepare-ChangeLog.

I much prefer copy/pasting bug URL from Safari to entering it on command line.
