Implement support for the [[associatedProperty]] internal slot for CSSStyleValue - https://drafts.css-houdini.org/css-typed-om/#dom-cssstylevalue-associatedproperty-slot. This will enforce that CSSStyleValue objects are only considered valid for the property that they were parsed for.
