1. Open Web Inspector 2. Run `console.error(42)` or visit a webpage that produces a console error, such as https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/8/builds/144402/steps/20/logs/stdio 3. Observe the error icon in the inspector's tab bar shows up huge and breaks the layout
