gdb output when the web process is frozen

This was reported with Epiphany but I can also reproduce it with the MiniBrowser.

You don't need to have a BlueSky account or be logged in, the from page should show some random posts, but with WebKit there's only the progress indicator and nothing happens. The web process keeps using a lot of CPU and the page becomes unresponsive.

I'm attaching the gdb trace.

Yup, backporting 310354@main fixes BlueSky, and also adding the re-land
of the patch that introduced the regression works. This way we can both
fix BlueSky and keep the fix for Zoom.

The PR at https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/64257 will run the fix
through the EWS to make sure we don't introduce other issues accidentally.

This has landed in the branch, so I think we can close this issue :-)
