There seem to issues with DHTML drag-and-drop support in both the Qt and GTK builds. Among the drag-and-drop tests that fail is /fast/events/drag-and-drop-fire-drag-dragover.html (part of bug #30754). While we work to resolve the drag-and-drop support issue in these builds, we should skip this test case at this time.
