Make Objective-C and Objective-C++ first-class languages on the Mac CMake
port so .m/.mm sources are compiled with the OBJC/OBJCXX rules and
inherit WebKit's curated compile flags.
This is needed to fix the build after 311402@main ("Use pre-compiled headers consistently for all ports")
