1. Launch Safari
2. Navigate to YouTube.com
3. Start watching any video
4. Put the video into full screen
5. Drag the slider on the timeline forward or backwards
6. Repeat
Results: Video eventually exits full-screen mode.

start playing, seek toward 8s, rewind the playback slider slowly and continuously toward the start of the video.
A decoding error will occur.
