When resolving lh/rlh units for evaluation-time zoom properties, the LineHeightEvaluationContext was constructed with computedFontSize(), which already includes zoom. For number line-heights, the percentage evaluation multiplies by this zoomed font size, producing a zoomed result. Evaluation-time zoom then applies zoom again at layout, causing double-zoom.
