Having a "manual" browser mode that instead of launching the browser on the URL it just prints the URL and waits for the user to connect it can be useful for the following use cases:
- Testing with a browser running on another device (for example an embedded board), the developer machine can quickly host the server with the benchmark and manually load the URL on the browser
- Test with a browser build from a random path or with another type of browser that currently lacks an implemented class to manage it specifically
