WebKitTools/DumpRendetree/WorkQueue.cpp|h is pretty much the same as WebKitTools/DumpRendetree/qt/WorkQueue.cpp|h patch removes the later and make qt DRT to use the platform independent implementation (like gtk and mac port do).
