Blaze Burg
Network.loadingFinished currently drops the NetworkLoadMetrics parameter (passes nullptr). Need to serialize and forward timing data, priority, connection info.
Work items:
- Add IPC serialization for relevant NetworkLoadMetrics fields
- Update ProxyingNetworkAgent.messages.in LoadingFinished message
- Build Protocol::Network::Metrics and Protocol::Network::ResourceTiming in ProxyingNetworkAgent
