Description:
http/tests/webgpu/webgpu/api/validation/createView.html

The test is a consistent timeout on Tahoe ToT, and since the bring-up on macOS Debug wk2 amr64, it goes back to the life cycle of Sequoia.  With Tahoe, this consistent timeout seems confined to macmini9,1.
